Jennifer O’Neil is Partner, Client Communications at Brown-Forman Corporation. In her role, she works directly with multiple stakeholders to define and prioritize material issues, integrate and promote responsibility/sustainability plans into the business, and strengthen disclosure and performance. In addition, she is a passionate human rights advocate, leading the company’s global human rights strategy development. Jennifer holds a BA in International Relations from the University of Evansville and an MBA from Indiana University.
Jennifer is a Southern Indiana native and has lived in the area for most of her life. She and her husband, Dan, have two young children, Evan and Connor. They are members of Highland Baptist Church in Louisville. Jennifer chose to become involved with St. Elizabeth because she believes strongly in the importance of helping others, strengthening the community, and striving to bring reconciliation to those in crisis.
