Kim Fancher works as Associate Director IT Learning Services for Humana. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from the Indiana University School of Business. She has more than 28 years of experience in IT and has been a leader in learning and development for over 10 years. She is passionate about positivity in leadership.

Kim resides in Floyds Knobs with her husband Scott. They have three grown children, Sean, Jami and Will. The Fanchers are members of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church where Kim is part of the Service & Social Ministry. Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, golfing, cooking and being a lifelong learner.  Kim decided to join St. Elizabeth’s Council because she fully believes that the agency’s mission and values are the foundation for making a difference in so many lives. She also feels her leadership and organizational skills can help support this important mission.
