Administration

Mark Casper
Agency Director
(since 2008)

Mark joined St. Elizabeth Catholic Charities in 2008 after previously serving as a council member. Mark is a graduate of the University of Louisville. He has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, customer service, accounting, quality, purchasing and planning. Mark takes pride in working to make sure the agency practices good stewardship of the gifts we utilize to meet the needs of the local community.

Cathy Reid Administrative Services Director (since 2014)

Cathy works with our programs handling billing and HR needs, maintaining our donor database, supervising the reception area and volunteers, and assisting with event planning and preparation.

Erin Fuhrman
Accountant

Erin earned a BA in Accounting from the University of Louisville and brings several years of experience in the field to her role. Erin is responsible for daily accounting services and financial reporting for St. Elizabeth.

Erin Goodlett, MSSW, LCSW
Social Services Director

Erin earned her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work. She completed an internship with St. Elizabeth Catholic Charities and worked as a family advocate at a Louisville area non-profit prior to joining our team in 2015.

Dawn Bennett Development Director

Dawn earned her Bachelor of Communication Degree from Indiana University Southeast. She has worked in non-profits in event management, fundraising, grant writing, management, marketing, and public relations since 1996. Dawn is responsible for overseeing all events, fundraising and marketing.

Brooke Daugherty
Communications

Since graduating from Kentucky Wesleyan College with degrees in Communications and Graphic Design, Brooke has worked in various capacities in social media, communications, and graphic design.

Residential Programs

Tricia Byrd
Residential Director (Since 2014)

Tricia graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Psychology. Tricia has been doing intense case management with homeless and at-risk families and individuals since 2000.

Emily Trinkle, QIDP Supported Living Director (since 2019)

Emily oversees our Supported Living Program which assists individuals with developmental disabilities to help them live independently.

Stefanie Lowery, MSW
Adoption Bridges of Kentuckiana Program Director

Stefanie completed her undergraduate studies in Sociology and Pan African Studies at the University of Louisville and earned her Masters of Social Work from Spalding University. She previously worked on the Adoptions Unit for the Cabinet for Health and Human Services: DCBS Protection & Permanency Unit and also worked on a PRN basis for our Residential Programs prior to joining our team as Adoption Program Director.

Michelle Frossard, MSSW, LCSW, RN
School Counseling Director

Michelle received her Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville Kent School of Social Work in 2005 and received her clinical license for Indiana in 2007. Michelle was on staff at St. Elizabeth’s from 2005 to 2010 in a variety of social services roles. She left in 2010 to pursue a nursing career, but joined the Advisory Council and the PQI Committee to stay involved in the mission. Michelle rejoined the team in July 2016 as School Counselor. She currently serves that role at St. Mary of the Knobs and oversees and supports all the School Counseling Program at 5 deanery schools.

Erica Coulter, MSSW Support Services Advocate/School Counselor

Erica graduated from Ball State University in 2016. She completed her MSSW in 2022 at the University of Louisville. Erica gained valuable experience as an intern at St. Elizabeth in 2020 and working for the Supported Living Program in 2021. She is excited to help educate, equip and empower women through her new role as Support Services Advocate for our Residential Programs and to support the students and families at St. John Paul II School.

Carrie Leonard, MS, Ed School Counselor

Carrie works as School Counselor at St. Joseph Catholic School.

Libby Steltenpohl, MSW School Counselor

Libby works as School Counselor at Sacred Heart and St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Schools.
